Walter Andersen Nursery, San Diego’s premier nursery, has been serving San Diego gardeners and horticulturalists since 1928 when it was founded by Walter Andersen, Sr. With two locations in San Diego County, both nurseries carry the highest quality plant material with the widest selection of any nursery in town. The stores stock a wide variety of California natives and drought tolerant plants. The knowledgeable staff is available to answer all gardening and plant related questions. Consultation is available for landscape design concerns and the nursery’s Plant Doctor makes house calls.
