Plant Highlights

Maurandella antirrhiniflora is a rare native perennial herb that grows in southern California. It is fast growing and moderately long-lived. It grows in a rounded form to a height of 0.8 feet, with active growth during the spring. Flowers are magenta to purple and striking, and bloom in the mid spring. Leaves are medium green and deciduous. It's an intrepid climber and would be great on a trellis, or use to trail over the edge of a container.
