Terms

All orders will be C.O.D. upon delivery unless a prior account has been established. Credit is available to established businesses based on the following:

1. All accounts are due and payable 30 days after invoice date.
2. Overdue accounts will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
3. Moosa Creek, Inc. retains the right to deny further credit on overdue account.

Non-Warranty

Moosa Creek, Inc. gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock we sell. Moosa Creek, Inc. accepts no responsibility for the viability of the plant material once it is accepted by the customer. No guarantee is made, expressed or implied, regarding the future growing performance of any plant material.

Claims

All claims for any reason must be made immediately upon the receipt of goods. If an error has been made, please notify us promptly and we will make any necessary adjustments. We do not guarantee the longevity of plants and will only accept returned goods within 5 days after delivery. At no time will we be responsible for more than the purchase price of the plant material.

Delivery

All prices assume customer pick-up. Delivery can be arranged if negotiated in advance.

Contract Orders

We offer an across-the-board discount of 5% on contract orders. In addition, we offer the following quantity discounts: 5% on orders over $5,000.00 7% on orders over $10,000.00 10% on orders over $20,000.00. To ensure spring dormancy we must receive your order before March 1. All price quotes are good for fourteen (14) days from the quote date, unless otherwise specified.
