Plant Highlights

Woolly Blue Curls is a compact, medium sized shrub that produces breath-taking deep purple and blue flowers. This shrub prefers well drained soil and plenty of sun, below 2000' ft. It grows fast, to about 4 ft in height and the same in width. The leaves are a needle like, thick skinned points that are a light to dark green, with fuzzy undersides, growing out in a upright, branching fashion. The spring and summer flowers are loved by birds, hummingbirds, butterflies, and a favorite of Native gardeners.
