Plant Highlights

The Broad leaved Cattail is a large, fast growing water grass that prefers full sun and plenty of moisture. It is an attractant of various duck and bird species and is excellent for ersoion control. The broadleaf cattail produces a larger, bending tail than other varieties, and gives a different look the th upright species. The staulks are a light green and will spread via rhizome once planted, if given the room. It can be used effectively as a screen or in containers.
