Plant Highlights

Brown Twig Dogwood has something to offer the gardener in every season. In spring it is covered with creamy, white flowers, followed by bluish white berries that attract birds. Fall brings beautiful red foliage, and in winter the bare branches offer an interesting silhouette. This is a large shrub or thicket-forming bush with very limber branches that often come down to the ground and root to form new plants. It also spreads by root suckers. Plant near a water source in shade or part shade.
