Desert Wild Grape is a slow climbing vine that is found is Desert Highlands and drier regions of Southern California. The pale yellow flowers set to grren then dark blue berries in the fall. The leaves are fuzzy underneath and resemble a heart in shape with cerrated edges to the pointy tip. The leaves turn to a dark red in the fall bringing birds along with to feed on the berries before the onset of winter. It prefers full sun and is drought and frost resistant.
