Tetraneuris acaulis is a North American species of flowering plants in the sunflower family. Common names include angelita daisy  stemless four-nerve daisy  stemless hymenoxys  butte marigold  and stemless rubberweed. Tetraneuris acaulis is widespread across much of the western and central United States  It grows in a variety of habitat types in foothills and subalpine regions  and high prairie  badlands  and plains.Bright eyed  fragrant yellow daisy blossoms continue to bloom and rebloom almost year-round. Extremely drought tolerant  perfect for xeriscapes  alpine and rock gardens. Preferring full sun and rocky  average to dry soil  this compact upright grower gives loads of color with little effort. A great nectar source for native insects and butterflies.
